Raspberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Cup Sour Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 Cup or more of Raspberries

Cream shortening and sugar, add egg. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with liquid. Fold in Raspberries. Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Yield: 12 muffins
