Stuffed Muscadines Recipe

  • Cut muscadines in half.
  • Take a seed remover or a serrated grapefruit spoon to pop the seeds out.
  • Take each half and flatten bottom just a little (take a knife and trim a very small amount just enough so that the halves will sit flat).
  • Fill with whatever you like: Chicken salad, boursin cheese, banana pudding, feta cheese
  • Top with garnish like candied pecans, cilantro, chives or spiced clover.

Oscar style- stuff with crab and top with béarnaise, garnish with asparagus tips.
