Carol's Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • 1 pint cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or Real Lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pint creamed cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Make graham cracker layer in large spring pan.  Mix cottage cheese well in blender, add cream cheese, a little at a time.  Add flour and sugar and remaining ingredients at low speed.  Cook for 1 hour.  Turn oven off.  Leave in oven an additional 2 hours.  Do not open door during 3 hour period
