Raspberry Parfait Pie

"It's so easy and very good!"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/4 Cups boiling water
- 1 package raspberry Jello
- 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
Wash berries and drain. Add 1 package Jello to 1 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add ice cream. Stir until melted. Chill. When slightly set, add berries and pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill until served. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh raspberries if desired.
