Raspberry Muffins
Yields: 12 Muffins

Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup Sour Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 Cup or more of Raspberries
Cream shortening and sugar, add egg. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients
together and add alternately with liquid. Fold in Raspberries. Fill 12
muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
